Jackie Geary

Possessing a keen ability to navigate resources and connect with people, Jackie Geary is director of the Jacksonville Women's Business Center, a JAX Chamber program that oversees the expansion of entrepreneurial and economic development of women business owners and leaders in Northeast Florida. In addition to serving as the center's liaison with the U.S. Small Business Administration's North Florida District Office, she oversees all JWBC operations including client programs, community partnerships, media relations, fundraising and its ATHENAPowerlink professional mentoring program. She supervised a digital transformation that allows entrepreneurs to participate in educational programs online.  A graduate of the University of North Florida with a bachelor's degree in communications, she received the award for Outstanding Student in Public Relations. She worked for six years for the Jacksonville Business Journal where she gained considerable experience in advertising, mentoring and event management. She was serving as event manager when tapped for the JWBC position in July 2019.  

Jackie served on the ATHENA Governing Body where she interviewed program candidates and facilitated workshops. She developed the JWBC's Innovative Day of Service mentoring program that targets next generation entrepreneurs through business education and counseling.

Lynn Lamoureux is Co-Owner of Green Dog Spa. She is a Jacksonville native with a life long passion for pets. After 4 decades in the pet care industry, she still believes that every dog matters, whether he or she is waiting to be rescued or living in the lap of luxury.

Erica Benson is also Co-Owner of Green Dog Spa. She holds a Master's degree in Interactive Communication from FSU. Erica is passionate about helping people get just the right style for their pet & became a Master Groomer in 2017 through National Dog Groomer's Association of America. 

Green Dog Spa was established in 2011. Their goal for the past decade has been to elevate the grooming industry through education and training. With a passion for all dogs and cats, they support and collaborate with other groomers statewide and all over the world.
